Expedited Handling/Rush Fee Add-On

Need your Sewsan’s order sooner than our standard processing time? This listing allows you to purchase **priority production for an existing Sewsan’s Clothing order**.

**This is an add-on only. No physical product is included with this listing.**

CHOOSE YOUR RUSH LEVEL

Priority Processing — $25

• We move your order ahead in our normal production queue.
• Target: Ships within 7 calendar days after you purchase the rush add-on.

Rush Processing — $50 

• Your order receives higher production priority.
• Target: Ships within approximately 3–5 calendar days after you purchase the rush add-on, provided all required materials are available.

Emergency Rush — $75 

• For very time-sensitive orders that may require us to rearrange our production schedule and expedite material sourcing.
• Target: Approximately 2–3 business days after all required materials are received and available.
• Emergency Rush is not available for Custom Print fabric orders because outside suppliers handle custom fabric production and delivery.

IMPORTANT

Rush processing shortens our production time only. It does not include upgraded USPS, UPS, or other carrier shipping. If you need expedited shipping in addition to expedited production, please contact us before purchasing so we can confirm available shipping options.

• Your existing order number
• Your event or need-by date
• The rush level you are considering

Rush availability depends on our current workload, material availability, and the specific product ordered. We strongly recommend contacting us before purchasing this add-on so we can confirm that your requested deadline is possible.

MATERIAL AVAILABILITY

Rush processing cannot eliminate delays caused by unavailable shirts, specialty fabrics, custom-printed fabric, or other materials ordered from outside suppliers. If required materials are not immediately available, we will let you know as soon as possible.

SHIPPING

Once we hand your order to the carrier, transit time is outside our control. Purchasing rush processing does not guarantee a specific delivery date unless we have explicitly confirmed that deadline with you in writing.

IF WE CANNOT ACCOMMODATE YOUR RUSH

If we determine that we cannot meet the agreed rush-processing timeline, we will contact you promptly and refund the rush-processing add-on if appropriate. Please do not rely on the estimated delivery date Shopify provides. Your original product order and the timeline we confirmed are the relevant dates.
