Want to see a concept before buying the shirt? The separate Custom Party Shirt Design Preview is optional and includes a digital mockup only. You do not need to buy it before ordering a Custom Print Party Shirt. Its fee may be applied toward one qualifying Custom Print Party Shirt using the same design if you order within 30 days of receiving your final approved mockup, subject to the preview listing’s credit terms.

Each shirt is custom-modified with your choice of fabric on the sleeves and back, keeping a formal look up front while adding personality to the rest.

Send your own shirt and fabric, have Sewsan’s source materials, or choose a completely custom fabric design built around your photos, artwork, unit references, and inside jokes. Men’s and women’s sizing options are available when we provide the shirt.

How to Order

1. Choose your Shirt Option

• Own Shirt: Send a tuxedo or dress shirt you already own. We use the shirt you provide, so no shirt size is required in the order form.

• Regular Cuff: We provide a standard tuxedo shirt with regular cuffs.

• French Cuff: We provide a tuxedo shirt with French cuffs.

• Marlow White (Army): We provide a Marlow White shirt appropriate for Army mess dress.

• Premium Tuxedo Shirt: We provide a premium tuxedo shirt.

If you need a specific shirt brand, fit, or style—or are unsure which option is appropriate for your uniform or event—contact us before ordering.

2. Choose your Customization Level

• Own Fabric: You provide the fabric. Add any placement requests or material details in Own Fabric Notes.

• Existing Fabric: We source a commercially available fabric. Describe what you want in Fabric Request and add a Fabric Link if you have found it online.

• Custom Print: We create a custom fabric design using your photos, artwork, logos, unit references, colors, or other ideas. Complete the Custom Design Brief and upload a reference file if available. Additional files can be sent after ordering.

Specialty, licensed, imported, or unusually expensive fabrics may require an additional material charge. We will contact you for approval before purchasing materials that would increase your order’s price.

3. Complete your order details

The form displays the fields that apply to your selected shirt and customization options.

Add your event or need-by date and any additional instructions. A requested date becomes a confirmed deadline only after Sewsan’s approves it.

Sizing

If you select Own Shirt

We use the fit and size of the shirt you send. You do not need to enter sizing information.

If Sewsan’s provides your shirt

Choose a Sizing Method and complete the corresponding fields:

• Men’s Neck / Sleeve: Enter your neck size and sleeve length. Example: neck 16.5, sleeve 34–35.

• Women’s Size: Select your size from the dropdown.

Contact us before ordering if you are between sizes or need help confirming the fit.

Custom Print Design Work

The Custom Print option includes up to 2 hours of design work.

This generally covers the initial fabric layout, preparation of your supplied images or graphics, basic placement adjustments, and one reasonable revision round within the included design time.

Highly detailed artwork, extensive photo editing, multiple redesigns, or additional revisions may require more time. Additional design work is $40 per hour, billed through a separate custom invoice. We will contact you for approval before proceeding with additional charges.

When original artwork is needed, Sewsan’s works with a real designer to create it.

An optional paid Design Preview is available if you want to review a concept before purchasing the shirt. You can also order the Custom Print Party Shirt directly; its included design work is described above.

Sending Your Own Shirt or Fabric

After purchase, we will provide mailing instructions and confirm the materials needed for your order.

Please wait for those instructions before sending anything. Customers are responsible for shipping their supplied shirt and/or fabric to Sewsan’s.

Processing and Event Deadlines

Estimated processing time is 1–6 weeks, depending on your shirt, fabric, customization, and material availability.

Processing begins after all required order details and materials are received. Shipping transit time is additional.

If your event is approaching, contact us before ordering to confirm whether the deadline is feasible. Rush processing may be available for eligible orders, subject to approval.

Before You Order

Every Party Shirt is handmade. Fabric placement varies with the print and shirt size, and colors may appear slightly different on your screen or after fabric printing.
