By placing an order with Sewsan’s Clothing, you agree to the terms below.

Custom and Made-to-Order Products
Many Sewsan’s Clothing products are handmade, altered, personalized, or produced specifically for each customer. Slight variations in placement, construction, color, or appearance may occur and are part of the handmade nature of the product.

Customer-Provided Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate sizing, measurements, personalization details, event dates, shipping information, and other order specifications. Sewsan’s Clothing is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information the customer provides.

Customer-Supplied Materials
When a customer provides a shirt, fabric, artwork, photograph, logo, or other material, the customer confirms that they have the right to provide and use that material. Sewsan’s Clothing is not responsible for pre-existing defects, wear, sizing issues, or damage in customer-supplied garments or materials.

Custom Artwork and Designs
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use any copyrighted, trademarked, licensed, or otherwise protected artwork, logos, photographs, or other material they submit.

When original custom fabric artwork is requested, Sewsan’s Clothing may work with a real designer to develop the design. Design previews and revisions are subject to the terms stated on the applicable product listing.

Material Availability
Fabrics, garments, and other materials may become unavailable or change in price. Sewsan’s Clothing will not substitute a materially different option without customer approval.

Production and Delivery Dates
Processing and delivery dates are estimates unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing. Provide event dates when ordering. Rush processing may shorten production time but does not guarantee carrier delivery.

Approvals
When we request customer approval for a design, fabric, sizing detail, or other specification, production may pause until we receive approval. Delayed responses may affect the estimated completion date.

Pricing and Payment
Full payment is required before production unless otherwise agreed. Additional work or changes requested after an order is placed may require an additional charge.

Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by the Sewsan’s Clothing Refund Policy.

Product Use
Customers are responsible for determining whether an item complies with applicable workplace, military-service, uniform, organizational, or event requirements. Sewsan’s Clothing does not guarantee that modified or customized items are authorized for official uniform wear.

Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sewsan’s Clothing will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of its products or from delays outside its reasonable control.

Policy Changes
Sewsan’s Clothing may update these terms as the business, products, or services change. The terms in effect when an order is placed will govern that order.
