Shipping policy

Most Sewsan’s Clothing items are handmade or customized to order. Processing time varies by product and level of customization.

Estimated processing times

Custom Party Shirts: typically 1–6 weeks, depending on whether you supply the shirt/fabric, we source materials, or a custom fabric design is required.

OCP Ponytail Caps: processing time is shown on the product listing at checkout.

Military Baby + Toddler Clothing: typically 7–10 business days.

Custom Design Previews: digital turnaround varies by design tier and is listed on the product page.

Rush Processing is available for eligible orders through a separate add-on listing. Rush processing shortens production time only and does not guarantee carrier delivery dates.

Shipping

Standard U.S. shipping is included on eligible physical products unless otherwise stated at checkout. Tracking will be provided when available.

Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays. Sewsan’s Clothing is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier after the carrier accepts an order.

Event dates

If you need your order for a military ball, retirement, dining-in, baby shower, homecoming, or other event, please provide the date when ordering. We recommend ordering as early as possible.

We will not substitute unavailable materials without your approval. Material availability and sourcing delays may affect processing time.

Incorrect addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned because the address is incorrect or incomplete, additional shipping charges may apply.
